This is the Server module. It allows you to efficiently manage how many computers are busy, free to use and not connected the network. You have many facilities available that allow you to see a users current bill, log him off from his session, relogin a customer etc.

 

This screen provides the administrator with the option to add the machines manually by specifying the IP address or he can also make use of the 'Auto search' option which searches for the machines in the network.Typically the administrator uses the 'Add' button only in case he wants to add a selected few machines in which he has installed the web café software.

 

This screen is used to automatically search the machines connected to your network. You just need to specify an IP address range to be scanned and the software will detect and display the details of the machines within this range.

 

You can specify the category to which a member belongs for e.g Student & also specify the discount in % allowed for that category.

 

You can create different time slots so that he can charge his customers a different rate in each time slot.

 

You can set different rates for every time slot he created in the slot master.

 

You can keep a record of the members and the advance money received from them. This is a one time process which the administrator can record whenever a person comes to enroll as member of the cyber café.

 

You can make use of this service to ban certain sites if he wants to restrict his clients from viewing certain sites.

 

Apply various security policies to your machines to protect them from malicious customers.

 

The administrator can keep track of all the members who pay money in advance to renew their accounts.

 

Any time you can shift a user from one PC to another PC without discontinuing his current login session.

 

You can change the look and feel of the client screen by modifying the different options available in the Setup.

 

Popup advertisements on your customer's screen just by typing a URL.

 

You can chat with your customer during his login session without personally visting his machine.

 

A customer can answer all your queries immediately during his login session.

 

You can keep track of all the expenses incured by your cyber café for the specified period.

 

An alerter will popup at the server side whenever a customer demands for a particular service or help. It will also popup whenever any customer abruptly restarts or shuts down your PC.

 

This is the main login screen displayed on all your machines open for your customers. Every customer will either login as a Walkin customer or as a registered member. Machine accesss will be dis-allowed unless and until your customers successfully pass through this screen. Note that you can change the background colour and the advertisements using the system Setup as per your requirements.

 

Once a customer logs in Webcafe meter will appear on the top right corner. It will display the total minutes surfed by the customers, the total amount and his membership details if he has logged in as a member.
